How it works…
My Lifestyle coaching services are strengths-based support and directed toward individuals who have completed or near completed their therapy/treatment and are now back to everyday life but need that extra support to help keep from entering the relapse cycle. It is a process for those who want to expand their healthy lifestyle habits and wellness.
Even though your rehabilitation/treatment helped you improve strength, endurance or alter behavior, many people struggle with the transition back to life, work, family and more.
Restorative Lifestyle Coaching places an emphasis on expanding the strengths you gained in rehabilitation and prevention of relapse. Managing stress and mindfulness are key components of this process.
In Restorative Lifestyle Coaching we’ll use a number of interventions that help build a healthy lifestyle:
